Recovery Review Session™
Exclusively available to former Cocaine Help Clinic clients.
You've stopped using cocaine… but have you really moved beyond the reasons you needed it?
If we worked together through the Cocaine Help Clinic programme, I hope life feels very different today.
Perhaps you've never touched cocaine again.
Perhaps you've used it once or twice but recognised the warning signs before it became a pattern.
Maybe you've noticed yourself throwing your energy into work, spending more time in the gym, or keeping yourself constantly busy instead.
Or perhaps you've simply reached a point where you're asking yourself a different question altogether.
"I've stopped using… but have I really dealt with the reason I needed cocaine in the first place?"
It's a question many former clients ask themselves, regardless of whether they stopped using six weeks ago or twelve months ago.
That's exactly why I've created the Recovery Review Session™.
Recovery isn't just about stopping cocaine.
The four-week Cocaine Help Clinic programme was designed to help you break the addiction pattern and regain control.
For many people, that's exactly what it achieves.
But once life settles back into its normal routine, it's common to discover that while the cocaine has gone, some of the pressure that led to it hasn't.
You may still find it difficult to switch off.
You may still be driven by perfectionism, anxiety or an overwhelming sense of responsibility.
You may have developed new habits that look healthier on the surface but are still serving the same purpose—working every hour possible, spending excessive time at the gym, constantly chasing achievement or filling every spare moment so you never have to slow down.
Others find themselves drinking more, shopping more, gambling or simply living with the same internal pressure they had before they ever used cocaine.
If any of this sounds familiar, please don't see it as failure.
It's simply your mind telling you there may be another layer of your journey waiting to be explored.
What is the Recovery Review Session?
The Recovery Review Session is a confidential one-to-one conversation designed to help you understand where you are today and, more importantly, what your next step should be.
- It isn't therapy.
- It isn't another addiction programme.
- It isn't about judgement or looking for reasons why you've "failed."
Instead, it's an opportunity to reflect on how far you've come, explore what still feels challenging and identify whether any underlying patterns continue to influence your life.
During your 60-minute Recovery Review Session we'll explore:
- Your journey so far
- We'll look at what's changed since we last worked together
- What you're most proud of and what still feels difficult.
- Where you are today
Together we'll explore the different areas of your life, including work, relationships, stress levels, confidence and your overall wellbeing. We'll identify whether any old coping patterns have quietly returned in different forms and whether pressure is beginning to build again.
Most importantly, we'll decide what you need next.
For some people, that's simply the reassurance that they're doing well.
For others, it might be ongoing accountability and support.
For some, it may highlight that deeper therapeutic work would help resolve the underlying issues that existed long before cocaine ever became part of their life.
What you'll leave with
At the end of your session you'll have:
- A clearer understanding of where you are in your recovery.
- Greater awareness of any remaining pressure or coping patterns.
- Personalised recommendations based on your current situation.
- Practical actions to help you continue moving forwards.
- Clarity about whether any further support would genuinely benefit you.
-
Most importantly, you'll leave knowing what your next step should be—rather than simply guessing.
My commitment to you
One of the things I feel strongly about is that not every former client needs another programme.
Some people have genuinely moved on and simply want the reassurance that they're on the right path.
Some benefit from a period of structured support while they continue building confidence and establishing healthier habits.
Others discover that although they've stopped using cocaine, they're still carrying the same subconscious beliefs, emotional patterns or internal pressures that made cocaine feel like the answer in the first place.
The purpose of the Recovery Review Session isn't to sell you something.
It's to help you understand where you are today and recommend only the support that's genuinely right for you.
If that means you don't need any further work with me, I'll be delighted to tell you that too.
Investment in the Recovery Review Session™
60-minute confidential one-to-one review £125
If we decide together that one of my programmes would genuinely benefit you, your £125 investment will be deducted from the cost of that programme, provided you book within 30 days of your review.
Take the next step
If you've completed the Cocaine Help Clinic programme and have found yourself wondering, "Am I really finished?" or "Why do I still feel stuck?", I'd love to help you explore that with you.
Together we'll look at how far you've come, identify anything that's still holding you back and decide what the most appropriate next step looks like for you.
You don't have to work it out on your own.
Sometimes all it takes is one honest conversation to see your journey from a completely different perspective
If, during your Recovery Review Session, we identify deeper subconscious patterns that are still influencing your life, I'll explain how my Pressure Loop Reset™ Programme may help.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this another addiction programme?

What if I've used cocaine once or twice since finishing the programme?
Many people experience setbacks, 'blips' or periods of uncertainty. The Recovery Review provides a safe, confidential space to explore what's happened and decide on the most appropriate next step without judgement.
What if I've replaced cocaine with another habit?
It's not uncommon for one coping behaviour to be replaced by another. During the Recovery Review we'll explore whether this is happening and what may be driving it.
Will everyone need another programme?
No. One of the aims of the Recovery Review is to establish whether any further support would genuinely benefit you. Some clients simply leave with reassurance and a clear plan for moving forward.
