Recovery Integration Coaching
You've Stopped Using Cocaine... Now What?
Firstly, if you've completed the Cocaine Help Clinic programme with me, I want to say congratulations.
Making the decision to ask for help takes courage. Following through takes commitment. Whether you've been cocaine-free for several months or you're still finding your feet, you've already achieved something many people never do.
But here's something I often see...
People think that stopping cocaine is the finish line. It isn't.
It's actually the beginning.
For months, or perhaps years, cocaine became your way of dealing with pressure. It helped you switch off, celebrate, socialise, cope with stress, manage long working hours, or simply quieten your mind for a while.
When that's gone, life carries on.
- Business pressures don't disappear.
- Family responsibilities are still there.
- Stress still happens.
And sometimes, without realising it, another habit quietly takes cocaine's place.
Not because you've failed.
Not because the therapy hasn't worked.
But because life continues to evolve, and so do you.
That's exactly why I created the 'Recovery Integration Coaching'
Protect the Progress You've Worked So Hard to Achieve
Recovery isn't about constantly looking over your shoulder, wondering if you're going to relapse.
It's about building a life where cocaine simply no longer has a place.
These sessions aren't about going back over the past.
They're about helping you continue moving forwards with confidence.
Think of it as an opportunity to check in, reflect, identify any new pressures before they become bigger problems, and make sure you're continuing to build the life you wanted when you first decided to quit.
Who Is This For?
This has been created exclusively for previous Cocaine Help Clinic clients who:
- Have completed the programme and want continued support.
- Have remained cocaine-free but occasionally notice old thoughts creeping back.
- Feel life has become busy or stressful again.
- Want to prevent problems rather than wait until they become overwhelming.
- Have noticed another habit beginning to replace cocaine.
- Want to continue improving their confidence, relationships and wellbeing.
- Simply value having an experienced professional alongside them as life continues to change.
I decided to create this coaching programme, as several clients asked me for additional sessions after the course ended. They wanted the additional support and appreciate having someone who understands how their mind works and can help them stay on track when life inevitably throws new challenges their way.
What Happens During the Sessions?
Each 60-minute session is tailored to where you are right now. Together we'll explore:
Your Recovery
We'll celebrate what's changed, acknowledge your progress, and recognise how far you've come since finishing the programme.
Your Current Pressures
We'll look at what's happening in your life today, not six months ago.
- Work.
- Relationships.
- Stress.
- Family.
- Health.
- Business.
Because these are often the things that quietly influence our behaviour.
Your Coping Strategies
We'll identify whether you're managing pressure in healthy ways or whether another pattern is beginning to develop.
Sometimes it's alcohol.Sometimes it's overworking.Sometimes it's gambling, food, exercise, or simply trying to control everything.
The behaviour itself isn't the problem. It's understanding what's driving it.
Your Next Stage of Growth
Every session finishes with a clear action plan so you leave knowing exactly what to focus on before we next meet.
This Isn't Traditional Coaching
I'm not here to tell you to be more disciplined or hold you accountable.
If willpower alone worked, you wouldn't have needed therapy in the first place.
Instead, these sessions help you understand what's happening beneath the surface before it becomes a bigger issue.
They're designed to protect the changes you've already made and help you continue building a calmer, healthier and more fulfilling life.
When Additional Therapy May Be Helpful
Sometimes these sessions uncover something entirely new.
Perhaps a long-standing belief has resurfaced.Maybe anxiety has become more noticeable. Perhaps perfectionism, burnout or another coping behaviour is starting to develop.
If that happens, we'll discuss whether a focused RTT session or one of my longer programmes would be beneficial, but there is
never any pressure, I truly believe that for therapy to be its most effective then the client really needs to want to do it!
Quite often reassurance and a few practical adjustments are all that's needed.
One of the biggest misconceptions about recovery is that there comes a point where everything is simply 'fixed'.
Life doesn't work like that. As we continue to grow we face new challenges and situations around us are constantly evolving - relationships, children growing up and with all this new pressures.
These sessions are here to help you protect the investment you've already made in yourself and continue along the new path you envisioned, better equipped and more resilient to life's inevitable challenges.
Recovery Review Session
If it's been a while since we last spoke, the best place to begin is with a Recovery Review Session.
Together we'll look at where you are today, what's working well, any areas that need attention, and whether ongoing Recovery & Integration Coaching Sessions would be valuable for you.
This is a relaxed, confidential conversation designed to give you clarity, confidence and a personalised plan for the next stage of your journey. Continue Moving Forward
You've already proved that change is possible.
Now let's make sure it lasts.
Book your Recovery Review Session today and let's build on everything you've achieved.
