Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)

is a powerful combination of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neurolonguistic Programming (NLP) and neuroscience-based approaches to identify and change the root cause of issues, rather than just managing the symptoms.

It was created by Marisa Peer who wanted to be able to treat mental and emotional issues, the same as physical issues. If you have a toothache, you go to the dentist, have the tooth removed and the problem is gone. In contrast if you have an emotional problem, traditional talk therapy takes months, years sometimes to address. RTT is for those people who want to address the issue quickly effectively and permanently!

For many clients, this means change can happen far more quickly than with traditional talking therapies.

How RTT works

RTT works by accessing the subconscious mind — where beliefs, emotional responses and behavioural patterns are stored. Using a relaxed, focused state (hypnosis), we are able to:

  • Identify where the pattern began
  • Understand why your mind created it
  • Break the link between triggers and automatic responses
  • Rebuild more supportive, controlled patterns

This is why change often feels different to willpower.

You’re not forcing yourself to change.

You’re removing what was driving the pattern in the first place.

What Happens In A RTT Session

Initially we have a consultation, this is usually around 30 minutes so that I can understand the issue and also get an overview of your childhood and really importantly - How you want to be feeling, what life you want to be living as this is the 'New Programme' we will be installing !

Once we have had the consultation I create an out-line for the RTT session.

The RTT session, is a separate session and takes between 90 minutes to 2 hours. In that time I guide you into a deeply relaxed state, but you remain aware and in control throughout.

In this state, we are able to access your subconscious mind and establish the root cause of the issue. This provides clarity on why the pattern exists and then we are actively able to change the meaning and beliefs attached to it.

At the end of the session, I set a transformational new pattern and this is the basis of the bespoke audio which I send to you. Daily listening to this audio re-maps the brain to a new way of thinking.

What RTT Can Help With

RTT is an effective therapy for almost anything. I have assisted many people with anxiety, addiction , self-confidence, stress, phobias, depression, sleep issues, allergies and relationship issues

It is especially helpful for those who have tried other therapies, but have not been able to fully address the issue. Or those that know  what to do — but can’t seem to consistently do it.

RTT vs Traditional Therapy

Many traditional approaches focus on:

  • Talking through problems
  • Managing symptoms
  • Building coping strategies

RTT takes a different approach. It focuses on:

  • Identifying the root cause
  • Changing the subconscious pattern
  • Removing the need for the behaviour

This is why many clients experience change that feels:

  • Faster
  • More natural
  • Easier to maintain

Why This Matters

If a pattern is being driven subconsciously, it will often override logic. That’s why willpower alone can feel inconsistent.

RTT allows us to work at the level where the pattern was created — so change becomes more automatic, rather than something you have to constantly manage.

A More Direct Way to Create Change

RTT is not about:

Coping harder

Pushing through

Managing symptoms long-term

It’s about:

Understanding the pattern

Changing it at its root

Rebuilding control and confidence
